Social Cornhole provides order management, event tracking, and workflow automation tools for the cornhole community. Our Services include web-based applications that integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Drive and Shopify.
You may access the Services by authenticating through Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The Services integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Shopify, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
All content, code, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Social Cornhole or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Cornhole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Services at any time by revoking access through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
